**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Palliative healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in various medical settings.
**Duties:**
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Review medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and documentation practices
- Experience in Palliative Care
- Proficiency in pain management, family planning, and discharge planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
***Rate***
Ranging from $80-$100 per visit or per encounter.
